CODARIS DIGITAL / POLICIES

Cookie Policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026

1. About this policy

This Cookie Policy explains how CODARIS DIGITAL LIMITED (“Codaris”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on codarisdigital.com.

Cookies and similar technologies can store information on, or access information from, a browser or device.

2. Current website position

We use essential form/security technology and a preference record to remember your cookie choice. Google Analytics 4 is optional and loads only after you choose Accept analytics.

Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the website or sending an enquiry. We do not use advertising trackers or enable advertising personalisation.

3. Strictly necessary and security technologies

We may use storage/access technologies that are necessary to:

  • operate website and form functions;
  • protect forms and endpoints against abuse;
  • maintain short-lived security or session state;
  • prevent fraud or malicious activity; and
  • provide a service expressly requested by the visitor.

Where a technology qualifies for an applicable legal exemption from consent, we may use it without prior consent while still providing required information.

The codaris_enquiry cookie maintains the short-lived session needed for contact-form security. It is restricted to the form endpoint and uses Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite protections. We also store codaris_analytics_consent in your browser’s local storage for up to 180 days to remember your accept or reject choice; this record is not sent to Google. If storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page.

4. Optional technologies

With your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits and website interactions, including form starts, successful enquiry submissions and clicks on email or telephone links. It helps us understand and improve the site.

Google Analytics uses first-party _ga and _ga_H12LEXR75Y cookies to distinguish browsers and maintain session information. We configure their lifetime to up to 180 days without extending it on every visit. Analytics event and user-level data retention is set to 2 months; aggregated reports may remain available longer.

We do not send form contents or your contact details to Google Analytics. Google’s analytics script is blocked until you accept analytics. Advertising consent remains denied.

5. Third-party services

Our optional analytics provider is Google. When you accept analytics, your browser connects to Google to load its analytics script and send measurement data. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about Google’s processing.

Search Console is used to understand how our public website appears in Google Search. Its verification file does not place cookies or install visitor tracking on this website.

6. Your choices and browser controls

Choose Accept analytics or Reject analytics in the privacy panel. Both choices leave essential website functions available. Use Cookie settings in the footer at any time to change your choice.

When you withdraw consent, we stop analytics on this site, remove its accessible first-party analytics cookies and reload the page to unload the analytics script. Withdrawal does not delete data already lawfully collected by Google. You can contact us about your data rights using the details in our Privacy Policy.

We ask again when the stored choice expires after 180 days or if you clear it. You can also use your browser settings to control or delete cookies and local storage. Blocking essential technologies may prevent some form functions from working correctly.

7. Privacy

Where cookies or similar technologies involve personal data, our Privacy Policy also applies.
